The Decos Audiology software offers a complete range of clinical audiological measurement modules. As standard, the software offers Tone audiometry, Speech audiometry and the Weber test. Each module can also be added individually so that your audiometer can be fully customized to suit your wishes. Measurements can be performed as air conducted, bone conducted, via insert phones and in a sound field set up.
The software automates the measurements where possible so that you can perform your tests faster, easier and more accurately. Automatic calculations are made for many of the results, including Fletcher indices, masking values, the Hood plateau, and the scores for speech audiometry. Thus the system enhances the accuracy and efficiency of your testing. Audiological centers that have switched to Decos Audiology have achieved time savings of no less than 30 to 50%.
This highly advanced module for Pediatric Audiometry - Visual Reinforcement Audiometry - offers you a uniqe reward system for sound field measurements for small children. Pediatric audiometry has never been this easy!
This test is performed in a sound field setup with two speakers and two reward screens, which are placed on the left-hand side and on the right-hand side of the child. When a patient looks in the direction of the speaker that has given the stimulus, a reward can be displayed on the accompanying screen. You can even add a third reward screen to the set up, to draw the patients' attention back to the middle, after a reward is played.
The screens can display any image and film imagineable. In addition, you can easily add new images and films to the software, so that you can always use up-to-date and appealing material. You can thus not only make use of rewards that correspond with the child's age and gender, you can also keep abreast of the latest trends.
This module has been expanded significantly in the new software version. You can now also administer the test in the Reactogram mode and play your preferred stimulus (including Live Speech) and use any transducer. The VRA test can be performed in a sound field setup, but also with air or bone conductors. No other test for pediatric audiometry is this extensive!

Decos Audiology is also available as a portable audiometer, both as a diagnostic and as a clinical portable audiometer. This portable audiometer enables you to easily perform hearing tests at various locations.
You can perform your audiograms using bone or air conductors. The portable system is delivered standard with the modules Tone Audiometry, Speech Audiometry and the Weber Test. In addition, you can add any desired module to the software.
Complete set-up
The Decos portable audiometer is a complete system; you do not have to purchase or connect any other hardware. You will receive the portable audiometer including a laptop in a case, including stereo and contra headsets, a bone conductor and a patient response button.
