All audiometric equipment is required by the state of Texas to be calibrated annually in order to ensure both safety and accuracy of the equipment used in testing. In order to be compliant with either ANSI or OSHA standards, it is the responsibility of the facility that owns and operates the equipment to maintain current calibration dates.Audio Electronics has NASED* certified technicians with over 100 years of technical audiology experience. Equipment Installation/Instruction
Audio Electronics will install and train personnel on the latest equipment at your facility. From sales to installation, we will help you become knowledgeable and proficient with the equipment you choose to implement into your facility. We have factory-trained technicians to install and instruct your personnel on how to use all of the equipments features to make your job much easier. We can also keep you updated on the latest equipment and technologies that can change and improve the way testing is done. We will also help schedule visits by the manufacturer for in-service training. Audio Electronics, Inc. also has contractors with years of experience in setting up or removing a sound booth from your office.
Equipment Parts and Repairs
Audio Electronics is a registered service center of most major manufacturers or audiometric equipment. We maintain an inventory of a large number of parts and supplies to reduce your repair turnaround time. In many cases we can fix your machine onsite, but sometimes it does require more attention that can only be done in one of our repair shops.Most major warranty repair is done in shop without having to send it to the factory.
Rental Units
